As a Front Bar Receptionist, you will work in partnership with the Salon Manager to provide outstanding customer service. You will be apart of a fun and energetic environment with TONS of career growth potential

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Create an impeccable experience for each customer
A warm welcome, pleasant checkin, and friendly professional service greeting
Help checkout and rebook clients
Ensure consistent ontime appointment starts
Follow FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards and protocols
Service and product education and recommendations that align with each client's unique needs
Client concerns resolved using a 'make it right' approach
Meet and exceed service, product, rebook goals
Participate in required education
Attend all metric and goals meetings
Helps book appointments inperson and over the phone

Position Requirements:

HS diploma or equivalent
Current Florida Facial Specialist/Esthetician License students is a plus
1+ years customer service experience
1+ years of spa/salon experience is a plus
Ability to work nights and weekends. Saturdays are required
Flexible availability
Ability to perform minor lifting
Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus

Job Type:
Part-Time (2-3 days per week, including weekends)
