- Ability to perform soldering.
- Correctly store, clean and maintain tools and equipment; verify calibration dates/seals.
- Accurately and legibly complete data sheets/test reports for part tested.
- Write test instructions.
- Design and assemble electronics and electromechanical test setups.
- Perform qualification, acceptance or special tests.
- Develop trouble-shooting procedures.
- Working knowledge of logic circuitry, including and/or gates, nand/nor gates and their operation.
- Must demonstrate ability to use new types of test equipment and test systems.
- Instruct others in the build and test of electronics and electromechanical assemblies.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and/or electronic equipment.
- Load and maintain software for ATE as required.
- Assist in training / cross-training of others.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement Process.
- Work with minimal supervision.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Testing and troubleshooting (ex. In Circuit Tester, ATEs).
- Assemble electronic components and assemblies (ex. PCBs Fiber Optics)
- Qualification level environmental testing
