Job Overview:
We are seeking a Terminal Manager for total facility oversight of semi-trailer rental and repair facility. Includes management of mechanics, drivers, and vendors engaged in the repair, maintenance, storage, and transport of trailers.


Responsibilities:

• Daily meetings with sales personnel to discuss filling upcoming rental contracts
• Coordinate with various departments to streamline operations
• Trailer rental and sale negotiations with customers
• Coordinating trailer preparation, pickup and delivery
• Overseeing fleet maintenance, planning and scheduling work to mechanics
• Writing repair estimates and purchase orders for repairs and equipment
• Handling emergency breakdowns
• Parts/inventory control
• Responsible for the safe operation of shop and yard areas
• Overseeing the facility maintenance

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in truck/trailer terminal management on some level
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Understands position may require more than a Mon.

Fri. commitment

• Maintaining a CDL-A license a plus
• Hands on mechanic background

Salary package which is commensurate with experience
