- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, including setup and breakdown.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests renting the event space, ensuring their needs are met and that they have a memorable experience.
- Manage event timelines, coordinate with vendors, and handle any on-site issues that arise.
- Occasionally operate the bar during events, providing exceptional service to guests. This includes the opportunity to bartend and receive tips.
- Maintain a clean and organized event space before, during, and after events.
- Proven experience in event coordination or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Flexibility to work on-call and adapt to varying event schedules.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and have relevant bartending experience (if opting to bartend).
- A positive attitude and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
- Compensation: $20.00 per hour + gratuities
