    SUMMARY
    • Promote Riverview Bank positively by providing friendly and efficient service.
    • Offer administrative and clerical support to the Operations department.
    ESSENTIAL DUTIES
    • Deliver prompt, courteous, and friendly service to meet both internal and external customer needs.
    • Assist in processing incoming/outgoing wires and contact customers when necessary.
    • Handle GL Balancing/Monthly Reconciliations, workflow maintenance review, and Q2 maintenance review.
    • Engage in Abandoned-Unclaimed Property customer contact and process Debit Card limit increases.
    Card Services:
    • Order and maintain both ATM Cash Cards and Debit Cards.
    • Understand Reg D regulation, customer contact, processing, and procedures.
    • Knowledge of Return Mail procedures, customer contact, and maintenance submission.
    Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Research archives to provide necessary account information.
    • Perform various computer data entry and inquiry tasks.
    • Independently complete assigned tasks and offer support to other Operations staff.
    • Provide general administrative and word processing assistance for special projects.
    • Complete training objectives with passing scores and adhere to all Riverview policies and procedures.
    • Perform any additional duties as assigned.
    RELATIONSHIPS
    • Regular contact with the Supervisor for guidance and department discussions.
    • Daily interaction with Operations Department staff.
    • Frequent communication with other departments/branches to provide support.
    QUALIFICATIONS

    To succeed in this role, you must be capable of performing all essential duties. The requirements include:

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Six months to one year of related experience or training.
    SKILLS:
    • Reading, writing, and effective presentation skills.
    • Basic mathematical abilities.
    • Understanding of common business software like MS Office.
    • Adaptability to a changing work environment.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS

    • Sitting, standing, walking, and using hands in various tasks.
    • Lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.
    • Good vision abilities for working with computers and interacting with customers.

    WORK ENVIRONMENT

    • Occasional exposure to standard office equipment with a moderate noise level.
