We are looking for a
Chinese Speaking Bookkeeper/ Account Receivable to join our company to assist our senior accountant on maintaining accurate books on accounts receivable, daily financial entries and reconciliations.


Job Responsibility:


  • Accounts receivable track on invoice process and ensure that receivables are collected promptly.
  • Process all ledger activity and review for accuracy.
  • Ability to verify, allocate and post details of business transactions to subsidiary accounts to the general ledger, perform monthend close.
  • Maintain an orderly accounting filing system, cash flow management.
  • Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualification:


  • A degree in accounting, finance or business administration preferred.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
  • Proficiency in using QuickBooks and Excel
  • Proficiency in Chinese speaking and reading required
  • Detail oriented and well organized
  • Strong communication skills and work ethics

Schedule:
9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday


Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
