- Greet customers promptly
- Collect customer and vehicle information
- Clearly communicate all vehicle symptoms reported by customers
- Assess and suggest required maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and history
- Provide accurate cost estimates for labor and parts
- Schedule follow-up appointments
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles throughout the day
- Ensure final invoices align with the services listed on repair orders
- Explain all completed work and associated charges to customers
- Must demonstrate exceptional dedication to customer satisfaction
- Strong sales and follow-up skills
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and driven to excel
