Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team.

As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

This is a key role within our organization, and we are looking for someone who can effectively communicate with customers, analyze their needs, and provide solutions.


Duties:


  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product/service information
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
  • Enter customer data and update account information in the system
  • Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Resolve customer issues or complaints in a professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a customer service role is required
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, especially Spanish
  • Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Experience with upselling or sales is preferred

Note:
All positions must be paid including internship positions.


Pay:
$ $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
