Community Health is a primary care network offering comprehensive programs focused on wellness, dental, behavioral health, and pediatric services across multiple locations in Vermont.
About the role:
A Licensed Mental Health Clinician specializing in pediatrics will provide mental health treatment, emotional support, and advocacy for children and families in the primary care setting.
Key Functions IncludeProviding counseling and emotional support to pediatric patients and families.
Assessing social, environmental, and psychosocial needs.
Developing individualized care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Conducting therapy sessions and delivering educational support.
Maintaining documentation and staying current with best practices.
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field.
Active licensure (LMHC, LICSW, etc.).
Experience in pediatric social work and primary care preferred.
Strong communication, empathy, and team collaboration skills.
