Responsibilities:


  • Own E2E testing strategy
  • Build a comprehensive E2E testing strategy and scope.
  • Prepare for and become familiar with how to test the various elements of the product, and provide guidance on any test prerequisites (test software, field testing scope, lab requirements)
  • Coordinate data points for testing.
  • Actively participate in triage calls to isolate and prioritize defects.
  • Where needed, execute userbased tests, record test results. Identify and track defects to full resolution using JIRA/qTest.
  • Streamline issue tracking process
  • Work with IT, Product, technology testing team to track and resolve issues and prioritize their severity.
  • Assess product readiness and provide read out of results.

Qualifications:


  • Continuously demonstrated expertise in a working team environment
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and drive task completion to meet customer requested due dates 710 years of experience in IT, with a strong background in test strategies and E2E quality and service assurance
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science / engineering or similar
    Previous experience with device/equipment testing.
  • Experience in using JIRA or qTest.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience on wireless products is a plus.
  • Experience with hardware and software products test strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and drive change.
  • Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a highpressure environment.
