Responsibilities:


  • 360degree approach: You will advise your own customer base from the initial requirements analysis to filling the vacancy and beyond.
  • You will analyze the market, use various search methods in active sourcing, and utilize tools for suitability diagnostics.

Profile:


  • Successfully completed studies and experience in personnel consulting and/or sales (B2B) career changers are also welcome
  • Interest in business and personnel decisions
