- Strong customer service skills are vital for engaging with patients and visitors courteously and professionally. PSRs should be empathetic, patient-centered, and adept at addressing inquiries and concerns tactfully.
- Precision and attention to detail are key in this position, especially when inputting patient data, scheduling appointments, and handling documentation.
- Capability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy policies and procedures. Demonstrating discretion and upholding patient privacy is crucial in this role.
- Adaptable and able to perform well under pressure, managing unforeseen circumstances with professionalism.
- Completion of Clinic Core Front Desk Training post-hire.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs. occasionally. Ability to stand and walk during shifts. Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to fulfill duties.
