RCCB is seeking an Trust & Estate Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a hybrid position coming into the Conshohocken office at least 2 days per week.What you'll do:
- Manage attorney calendars and assist in meeting deadlines
- Manage all incoming mail; prepare outgoing correspondence
- Draft, edit, and finalize estate planning documents
- Open new files, prepare conflicts checks and draft engagement letters
- Process monthly client billing, and general office responsibilities
- Prepare client binder of completed Estate planning documents
- Maintain attorneys' client files
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned in support of firm
What you'll need:
- Legal assistant experience, with 58 years of experience working in an estate planning practice group
- Selfstarter able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills to meet strict deadlines
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
- Proficient with MS Office Suite, including advanced use of MS Word
- Excellent Adobe and DocuSign skills
- Proficient in the use of document management systems (iManage preferred)
- Proficient in the use of legal billing system (Juris preferred)
- Strong clientfirst work ethic
- Strong attention to detail
- Notary Public license

Pay:
$65, $80,000.00 per year
