POSITION:
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform maintenance tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
- Diagnose and perform routine maintenance/repair throughout the property including electrical, plumbing, appliances, drywall/sheetrock, A/C and heating systems. (List is not all inclusive)
- Report all major repairs and requisitions to Maintenance Supervisor.
- Complete assigned service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform duties in a professional manner.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Position requires experience in property maintenance or equivalent field.
- Working knowledge of tools and equipment needed for property management.
- Experience repairing/maintaining A/C equipment.
- Troubleshooting skills.
- Customer service skills.
- Appliance repair experience.
- Work well as a team member or alone with little supervision.
- Good decisionmaking skills.
- Good communication skills.
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour

Experience:
- Maintenance: 5 years (required)
