Central Processing Manager Position Summary
The Manager of Central Processing plans, organizes, directs, and controls all activities for the Central Processing department. The Manager ensures that processing of instrumentation meets or exceeds efficiency and hospital quality standards. In addition, the Manager ensures that facilities and processes conform to PRMC standards by managing Quality Systems and documents.

The Manager develops departmental goals, objectives, policies and procedures to facilitate effective, efficient, and economical utilization of material resources and personnel.

In collaboration with the Executive Director of Surgical Services the Manager hires, develops, evaluates and counsels personnel in a timely manner consistent with the Medical Center's policies and procedures.

Central Processing Manager Position Requirements
Education

Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Nursing or other related technical field.

Experience

At least five years of experience required in healthcare or other related industry managing personnel and processes

Central Processing Manager Work Schedule

Day shift Monday
Friday
Evening and weekend work as needed.
Travel as necessary

Central Processing Manager Benefits

At TidalHealth, fulltime employees working at least 72 hours per pay period, parttime employees working at least 36 hours per pay period and parttime employees working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.
