We are currently seeking a Quality Management Officer (m/f/d) / Specialist - Quality Assurance/Management to join our team in Serena, IL.

What exciting tasks can you expect?:

Management and continuous development of the company's quality management system according to ISO 900
Planning, monitoring, controlling, and improving the quality management system in all areas of the company
Monitoring performance and goal achievement
Evaluation, key figures, and improvement measures
Reporting on quality management performance
Supporting top management in developing and implementing quality policy and objectives
Point of contact for quality managementrelated questions
Maintaining and developing quality management documentation, such as process descriptions, work instructions, and forms
Coordinating and conducting internal audits
Organizing and accompanying external audits

What do you ideally bring to the table?:

Successfully completed further education in the field of quality management/assurance according to ISO 9001 (e.g. as a QM officer, auditor)
Detailed knowledge of the DIN ISO 9000ff. standards in their current version
Excellent Excel skills and a general affinity for IT
Solid, several years of professional experience in quality management
Confident demeanor and persuasive skills
Strong communication and consulting skills
High problemsolving skills and the
