Your responsibilities as a certified elderly care nurse (m/f/d):

  • Determining the care needs of assigned clients
  • Providing activating basic and treatment care as well as support
  • Being the point of contact for clients, family members, doctors, and specialized services
  • Assisting colleagues with all tasks on site
  • Documenting in the care report

Your responsibilities as a mentor (m/f/d):

  • Creating a practical training plan
  • Conducting mentoring sessions with the apprentice
  • Participating in exams
As a certified elderly care nurse (m/f/d), you bring:

  • Completed training as a certified elderly care nurse (m/f/d) or health and nursing nurse (m/f/d)
  • Experience in professional elderly care
  • Empathy, openness, and joy in working with people
  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • Very good German language skills (at least B1 level)
  • Flexibility, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility
