We are currently seeking two BUSINESS ADMINISTRATORS AS CONSULTANTS AND SALARY NEGOTIATORS (M/F/D) Full-time (part-time with a minimum of 30 hours/week possible), permanent, salary group 11 TVöD.

YOU HAVE... * a successfully completed degree in business administration (B.A., Dipl.), business administrator (VWA), completion of the II. Civil service examination (administrative specialist) or equivalent qualification, e.g. B.A. of Laws (LL.B), B.A.

Business Law * good knowledge of financial, personnel and collective bargaining law as well as processes in financial and accounting management * good communication skills and negotiation skills * experience in examining and negotiating salaries for services in the field of youth welfare (SGB VIII) or elderly care (SGB XI, SGB XII) and other legal areas.
