Key Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):

Work together with shop floor teams to allocate resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to meet production goals efficiently.
Work together with shop floor teams to evaluate production capacity against demand and identify potential constraints or bottlenecks.
Identify potential risks to the production schedule and implement risk mitigation strategies
Coordinate with various department line leaders, including production, procurement, inventory, and logistics, to ensure alignment with the overall production plan.
Work on optimizing scheduling processes and identifying areas for continuous improvement in efficiency and effectiveness.
Design, analyze and implement production and performance data to identify trends, assess efficiency, and make datadriven decisions.
Develop and maintain weekly production schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacity.
Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation related to production schedules, changes, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a master scheduler/production planner or similar role
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Proficient in Asana or other task management software
Proficient in Acumatica or other ERP system
Proficient in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
Proficient in kitchen cabinet manufacturing product knowledge is a plus
Proficient in working with international vendors is a plus

Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm

Friday 8am - 1pm
