This is a 40 hour second shift position.

2:00PM- 10:30PM with every other weekend and rotating holidays.

Duties:


The Phlebotomist is responsible for collecting venous and capillary blood specimens from patients in a safe and accurate manner according to established lab policies and practices.

Demonstrates H3W behaviors with a focus on exceptional patient experience and quality service and outcomes.


Qualifications

  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of venipuncture techniques
  • Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to handle different patient population including difficult patients.
  • Strong trouble shooting and problem solving skills
  • Ability to operate required lab equipment including pneumatic tube
