The Senior Master Data Analyst is expected to work closely with the Supply Chain Operations Team as well as Business Process Experts, Planning, Commercialization Process Leads, R&D and IT to ensure data quality and compliance.

This position will support operations by ensuring Master Data requests and initiatives are performed in a timely manner.

Material Master, Production Bills of Material (BOM), Master Recipes, Purchasing Information Records (PIRs) and Production Versions to be kept standardized and Compliant across a network of over 100 plants.

This position is cross function and crosses all business units.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Execute changes to SAP master as approved by the business Coordinate material and finished product master data setup validation and periodic maintenance Complete data cleansing as needed.

Perform mass updates as required Participate in projects and initiatives across multiple functional areas as needed Work with business units and process experts to resolve master data issues Efficiently prioritize work and timely notification to business leads for requested changes needed.

Creation and Maintenance of all levels of production BOMs and ensure R&D Compliance with other systems and standards Creation and Maintenance of production routings.

Creation of Standard PIRsfor intercompany loads Project work that comes with initiatives plant by plant Cover teamwork by using standard processes and tools.

Additional related master data tasks assigned by management MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

SAP Master Data Experience Knowlege of Supply Chain Operations and Manufacturing MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Strong Analytical Skills Expert Knowledge MS Excel & Access Continuous and Process Improvement Mindset Detail Oriented Strong Communication both Oral and Written Organized Ability to self-direct work Ability to prioritize Flexibility to shift priorities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills Winshuttle Optiva PLM Inventory Management MiniMiint Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $61,800-$97,800 Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.
