    Description

    We are on the lookout for a new leader to join our team at JASON NEAL with a strong drive and purpose. With a long history of 120 years in the industry, we are at the forefront of our field. In this role, you will handle the servicing of our 2,000 business clients and focus on expanding our client base through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading a small team through these tasks. Your journey will involve mastering our processes and systems, eventually moving into the role of Agency Director. This position offers a weekly pay ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year on average.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service existing client base
    • Explore new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Supervise team activities and results
    • Train new team members on existing systems
    • Provide daily reports on field activities using a Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus on daily recruitment, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Superb organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
    • Strong leadership and supervisory abilities
    • Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
    • Function well in fast-paced and sometimes stressful environments
    • Passionate about assisting people and building relationships
    • Experience in sales or customer service
    • Self-driven and goal-oriented
    • Community-oriented
    • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce preferred)

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S.
    • Clean background check and personal transportation
    • 45-day minimum assessment period before progression
