Instructors (m/f/d) for training courses for trainers

Your responsibilities:

  • Design and conduct classes to prepare for the IHK exam "Trainer qualification according to AEVO" (AdA)

Class content:

  • Examination and planning of training requirements
  • Preparation of training and participation in the recruitment of apprentices
  • Implementation and completion of training

Your profile:

  • Profound expertise in "Trainer qualification according to AEVO"
  • Confident appearance, strong communication skills and customer orientation
  • Pedagogical skills, experience as an instructor or teacher is an advantage
  • Initiative and commitment
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Enjoy passing on your knowledge and experience
