Description

The Human Resources Coordinator - Recruitment is responsible for the day-to-day handling of all pre-employment and hiring documentation relevant to those persons seeking employment with the organization. In addition, the Human Resources Coordinator will facilitate the on-boarding process and new hire orientation.

Performance Standards:


  • Manage the agency's employee recruitment and selection process.
  • Develop and maintain relationship with outside organizations in an effort to improve the agency's cultural diversity opportunities.
  • Coordinate the new employee orientationtraining program.
  • Oversee the completion and proper routing of all employee related forms, reference checks, criminal records checks, drivers checks, and other required personnel information.
  • Bachelors Degree, preferably in Human Resources or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in hiring and recruitment strongly preferred.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
  • Submit to and pass preemployment background checks.
