We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team._

Offer training and technical support for parents in the areas of developmental disability services and behavioral support.

Act as a resource to families by supporting the development of each child's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical skills through guidance, observation, modeling and training.


As a BCBA, you will serve as an integral part of the center leadership:

  • Provide clinical oversight to clients receiving 1:1 ABA therapy
  • High clinical quality with manageable case load. Consistent emphasis on clinical quality through support and clinical decision models.
  • Collaborate with families to create individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct functional behavior analysis, intake and progress assessments
  • Support clients and families to ensure client success
  • Implement behavior acquisition and reduction procedures
  • Teach adaptive life skills
  • Mentor and lead teams of RBTs working 1:1 with clients

Requirements:


  • Board certification as a behavior analyst (BCBA)
  • Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field with approved behavioranalytic coursework
  • Experience working with clients with developmental needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must pass a criminal background check (Livescan DOJ & FBI)
  • Current TB clearance
