Job Overview:


Key Responsibilities:

Staff Supervision:

• Oversee and coordinate daily activities of 6 contractors.
• Conduct regular meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and performance feedback.
• Train new contractors on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing coaching and support.

Contract Management:

• Ensure all cleaning contracts are fulfilled according to client specifications and timelines.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to contract requirements.
• Address and resolve any client concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure continued satisfaction and contract renewal.

Scheduling and Planning:

• Create and manage work schedules for contractors to ensure adequate coverage.
• Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate absences, emergencies, or special client requests.
• Plan and allocate resources effectively to maximize efficiency and productivity.

Inventory and Equipment Management:

• Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
• Order supplies as needed and manage budget for cleaning materials.

Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure all cleaning activities comply with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular safety training and drills for contractors.
• Investigate and report any accidents or incidents in the workplace.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in janitorial services or a related field.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using scheduling software and other administrative tools.

Knowledge: Familiarity with various cleaning methods, materials, and equipment.

Certifications: Relevant certifications in janitorial services or facility management are a plus.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in management or a related field is preferred.


Pay:
$ $25.50 per hour
