    **Description**

    **Position Summary:** The Warehouse Operator coordinates all goods/products coming into and going out of the Warehouse. Communicate daily with Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Production Workroom and Accounting about incoming and outgoing shipments. Oversees and maintains inventory in Warehouse.

    **Position Responsibilities:**

    Receive shipments of raw materials and end-product.

    Inspect all incoming goods for damage or missing items, then report to Project Manager and freight company.

    Coordinate next phase of goods received; raw materials to workroom for production or end-product to next phase of project.

    Pull completed orders or materials for packaging and shipment.

    Prepare orders for shipment or delivery to job sites, customers or subcontractors.

    Assist Warehouse Manager in company vehicle maintenance and building maintenance.

    Move stock around by hand or using forklift truck, picking and packing orders and distributing paperwork to accounting, project managers and project coordinators.

    Assemble boxes or crates, label and record what is packed for shipment.

    Store and inventory Customer Owned Material.

    Other duties include; loading/unloading trucks, keeping warehouse stocked with essential equipment.

    Perform all other duties as assigned in relation to the function of Warehouse Operator role.

    **Role Qualifications/Essential Skills and Experience:**

    High School Diploma or Equivalent.

    Must have basic computer skills.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team to complete task.

    Commitment to company values.

    Effective communication skills.

    Able to receive and follow instructions as given.

    *Physical demands:* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift up to 80 lbs. and push/pull up to 100 lbs. with the use of equipment. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

    Work environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time.
