    Description
    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Air and Missile Defense Senior Systems Engineer to join our team.

    As a Systems Engineer, you will play a critical role in the design, development, integration, and testing of advanced defense systems.

    To succeed in this role, you must have a solid understanding of air and missile defense concepts, as well as experience in system engineering and integration.

    You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.


    Clearance Level:
    DOD Secret or greater

    Location:
    Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD Responsibilities
    Conduct system requirements analysis and develop system architecture designs.
    Lead and participate in system design, development, integration, and testing activities.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system interoperability and performance.
    Develop and maintain system documentation, including design specifications and test plans.
    Identify and resolve technical issues and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
    Perform system performance analysis and optimization.
    Support system verification and validation activities, including test execution and data analysis.
    Requirements
    Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
    Familiar with AMDWS and other mission command systems.
    Strong knowledge of air and missile defense concepts, including radar systems, interceptors, and command and control systems.
    Proficiency in system engineering processes and methodologies.
    Experience in system design and integration, including requirements management and verification.
    Familiarity with modeling and simulation tools for system analysis and design.
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
