    Join our dynamic team at Zip and be part of our growth story. As Head of Sales Enablement, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our sales team by equipping them with the tools, knowledge, and resources essential for their excellence. This role offers you the chance to lead the sales enablement strategy, influencing the organization's growth and efficiency.

    Your Responsibilities
    • Set the strategic direction and OKRs for the sales enablement team
    • Lead a team to support Account Executives and Business Development Representatives
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop engaging sales training programs
    • Enhance existing enablement programs and support regular sales enablement initiatives
    • Manage internal enablement resources effectively
    • Drive the strategic vision for the sales enablement team

    Requirements
    • Over 8 years of experience in sales enablement within SaaS or B2B companies
    • Demonstrated ability to design and execute successful sales enablement programs
    • Experience with sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, Seismic, Lessonly, and others
    • Proficiency in project and program management
    • Ability to collaborate with multiple teams to implement enablement programs

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Located in the SF Bay Area
    • Experience in procurement or financial technology
    • Previous sales experience
    • Familiarity with Seismic and/or Lessonly

    Compensation
    The salary range for this position is $200,000 - $250,000 OTE, based on various job-related factors.
