    Job DescriptionSalary: $25-$28/Hr

    Philco Building Maintenance is currently looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team

    We provide maintenance services for commercial businesses such as carpentry, painting, landscaping, electrical, plumbing and portering. We service 60+ commercial properties throughout Contra Costa, Alameda and Solano Counties.

    We work full-time, Monday-Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm. Overtime work available for those you are interested. Each Technician is assigned a route that includes 5-10 properties. At these properties, the technician is in charge of inspecting and performing routine preventative maintenance on both the inside and the outside.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience with various trades such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, HVAC, concrete, etc.
    • Previous experience with commercial properties a plus.
    • Ability to handle physical workload; indoor and outdoors
    • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently

    Requirements:

    • A valid state driver's license with a clean driving record (no DUI's in last 5 years).
    • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
    • Must have own tools and vehicle (reimbursed for business mileage).
