- Develop a deep understanding of existing and prospective users and what drives them to convert into leads.
- Identify and size opportunities in Zscaler's advertising accounts (such as Google Ads, LinkedIn ads, Facebook ads, etc.), and develop advertising and marketing solutions that improve campaign performance and drive revenue growth.
- Build reports that distill engagement, leads, and other performance data into actionable insights across the business.
- Identify and implement best strategies for direct response and branding campaigns.
- 5+ years working in digital marketing, growth marketing, user acquisition, and demand gen areas.
- Lead campaign execution across channels, including ad configuration, defining target segments, asset maintenance, and creating tracking tags
- Experience with audience segmentation and dynamic content
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and testing tools
- Experience with marketing automation systems and digital marketing tools
- Comfortable working with numbers, KPIs, and optimizing conversion rates while thinking strategically
- Strong interpersonal and team player skills with an ability to communicate at all levels of an organization both internally and externally
- B.A./B.S. degree in marketing/business preferred or equivalent years of work experience. MBAis a plus

Our digital marketing team is looking for a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager, who will focuson-demand generation and integrated digital ads campaigns.
This role will be responsible forcoordinating, supporting and executing digital marketing campaigns through various onlinemarketing channels to drive brand awareness and lead generation in support of corporate goals.
This role will also have a primary focus on the planning, strategy, execution, maintenance and optimization of advertising campaigns.
This role will partner closely with various internal and external cross-functional teams, includingProduct Marketing, Design, Marketing Operations, and Web Development to develop, test andoptimize campaigns.
The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of digital marketing acrossmultitude of channels including social, display, web, email, search as well as experience drivingad operations, CRM, and marketing measurement.
