    JOB TITLE: ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR (WFH - Fulltime)

    OFFER RATE: PHP 50,000 per month - NEGOTIABLE (Fulltime)

    Working Hours: TBD (usually US hrs Night shift)

    JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of the full-time accountant.
    • Review and approve journal entries to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
    • Conduct regular audits of financial transactions to identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations to maintain the integrity of financial reporting.
    • Prepare financial statements, reports, and documentation for tax filings and audits.
    • Monitor internal controls to prevent fraud or unauthorized activities.
    • Collaborate with external auditors and tax professionals as needed during audit and tax preparation processes.
    • Provide guidance and support to the accounting team, including training and development opportunities.
    • Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
    • Communicate effectively with management regarding financial performance, issues, and recommendations for improvement.
    JOB REQUIREMENTS:
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA certification preferred.
    • Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, with demonstrated proficiency in financial reporting and analysis.
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations, including GAAP and tax laws.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
    • Ability to supervise effectively and manage a team, with strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience with auditing and tax preparation processes is a plus.
