- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Perform assessments, nursing diagnoses, and develop care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly.
- Educate patients and families on health management and recovery strategies.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to patient care strategies.
- Adhere to hospital policies, protocols, and safety standards
- Nursing Diploma or ASN; BSN preferred
- 2 years of recent RN acute care experience, including Telemetry and Cardiac experience
- Current Florida State RN license, BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Competitive salary range: $29.00 to $42.13 per hour based on experience
- Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 with a 2-year commitment
- Relocation assistance available
- Shift Differentials: $4.50 for Nights and $1.50 for Weekends
