**AdventHealth Medical Group** is searching for a dynamic **Neuro-Hospitalist** to join their growing inpatient team in the **East Florida Division**.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Clinical management and evaluation of inpatient neurological patients
• Knowledge of the AHA Stroke Management Patient Care Guidelines
• Developing individualized treatment plans based on therapeutic principles
• Interpreting and acting upon laboratory, electrographic, and radiologic findings
• Providing education for patients and families
• Assessing patient discharge needs and making follow-up recommendations
• Effectively communicating with the healthcare team and patients for quality care
• Collaborating with healthcare team members on treatment plans and discharge planning
• Conducting team conferences and reporting concerns professionally

Requirements:

• American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology Certification/Eligibility
• Eligibility for a Florida license
• Ability to work closely with attending hospitalists and ED team
• Availability for 7 on 7 off shifts with a minimum of 182 shifts annually
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach
