    Description

    As we expand and launch a new second shift team in our fabrication unit, we're on the lookout for dedicated individuals to be part of our exciting journey.

    The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring products meet our quality standards regarding assembly specifications.

    Plans details of working procedures and tools and material requirements
    # Fit and weld assemblies per job instructions and drawings
    # Properly use fabrication shop hand tools (grinders, drills, air grinders, etc)
    # Keeps equipment and work area clean and orderly
    # Perform necessary quality inspections to ensure that parts meet guidelines
    # Conduct operations in a manner that promote safety. 2+ years previous welding experience in a manufacturing environment
    # Must be able to adjust the welder in order to get a quality weld
    # Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts desired
    # Compliance with all health and safety regulations, policies and procedures
    # Willingness and ability to work overtime
