Job Summary:

Duties:

Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to drive online sales and achieve revenue goals
Manage the company's ecommerce website, ensuring it is userfriendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines
Monitor website performance, conduct regular audits, and implement improvements to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates
Utilize analytics tools to track website traffic, customer behavior, and sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
Oversee the management of product listings, pricing, inventory levels, and promotions on the ecommerce platform
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in ecommerce, digital marketing, and technology advancements
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion
Manage relationships with thirdparty vendors such as payment processors, shipping providers, and web developers

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
Proven experience as an Ecommerce Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of HTML5, WordPress, content management systems (CMS), and analytics tools
Proficient in performance marketing techniques including SEO/SEM, Google Ads, social media advertising
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
Experience with data analysis using SQL or similar software
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages. This is a full-time position based at our company headquarters.

Pay:
$55, $65,000.00 per year
