- Facilitate full-cycle recruiting and hiring of candidates from professional level to manufacturing positions within the company. This includes sourcing, reviewing, screening, and interviewing applicants to match experience with specific job-related requirements.
- Will be responsible for making process improvements to provide excellent internal customer service
- Utilize data from a variety of sources to suggest and implement appropriate employee/leadership corrective actions.
- Maintain and file annual reports i.e. affirmative action, EEO-1, etc.
- Proactively work with leaders to develop and enhance i.e., engagement, on the job training, onboarding, etc.
- Partner with HR leadership and other business leaders to provide strategic support on key initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree along with 5-7 years of experience in human resources with a mix of human resource disciplines
- Demonstrated expertise in one or more areas of human resources: recruitment, training and development, talent management, or employee relations.
- Demonstrated record of process improvement
- Strong knowledge of Federal and State laws
