Proud Moments BCBAs implement personalized treatment plans with empathy at homes, schools, and our conveniently situated centers.

Responsibilities:

Act as a central figure in ensuring client satisfaction as a Proud Moments Care Coordinator.

Coordinate caring services for children with autism by assigning behavior technicians in partnership with the recruitment manager.
Support families by being a welcoming point of contact for parents/guardians and promptly addressing their needs or queries.
Maintain client satisfaction and uphold high care standards through regular quality assessments with client families and the care team.

Qualifications:

Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Dedication to delivering efficient, compassionate customer service.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Proven experience in effective teamwork.
