- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding processes, including completing paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating training sessions as needed.
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Support benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain accurate records of employee attendance and time off.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
- Collaborate with managers and supervisors to address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or related administrative roles, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
