We seek someone who is goal oriented, has a proven track record as a service advisor and is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- _2-3 Years Service Advisor Experience._
- _Spanish preferred._
- _CDK Experience Preferred._
- _$50-85k plus more based on your experience and sales ability._
- _Great Attitude, High Energy & Dependability Required._

Duties & Responsibilities

Schedules service appointments
Greets customers in a timely and friendly manner while obtaining vehicle information
Writes up customer's vehicle problems with accuracy and clarity on repair order
Refers to service history, inspects vehicle and recommends additional needed service
Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts
Checks on progress of repair throughout the day
Contacts customer regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time, explains cost and time requirements in detail and obtains proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed
Maintains high customer satisfaction standards
Outstanding communication skills
Professional appearance and work ethic
Superior customer service skills
