Overview:

Duties:


  • Conduct physical examinations and health assessments
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Perform medical procedures such as wound care, suture removal, and aseptic techniques
  • Document patient medical information accurately using electronic health record systems like Athenahealth
  • Provide health coaching and education to patients and their families
  • Specialize in areas such as ophthalmology, infant care, memory care, and more
  • Utilize ICD10 coding for accurate medical documentation

Requirements:


  • Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of practice
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • Previous experience in Medical/Surgical nursing is advantageous
  • Proficiency in aseptic techniques, suturing, and medical documentation
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to adapt to fastpaced and dynamic healthcare settings

Job Types:
Full-time, Travel nursing, Contract


Pay:
$57.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
