DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Perform all work in a safe manner following all safety policies, processes, and procedures
  • Work closely with manufacturing, customer service, and the materials manager to resolve all issues
  • Create purchase order requisitions and obtain approvals
  • Complete transactions in SAP and ERP
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external customers, staff, and management
  • Coordinate inbound products
  • Coordinate between operations, customer service, external and suppliers
  • Participates in team projects for continuous improvement, 5s organization, and quality.
  • Perform other duties as requested or assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 45 years' experience in material handling
  • 3+ years' experience in a variety of computerbased systems and programs including Microsoft Office and Outlook, ERP (Visual a plus), and SAP required
  • Demonstrated written and verbal skills
  • Must have a passion to service our customers
  • Understanding and experienced in Cycle Counting
  • Problem solving skills with the ability to think quickly and effectively resolve issues
  • Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Highly organized and ability to multitask in a busy setting.
  • Understanding of procedures and processes used to issue and transfer material
  • Understanding of blueprints and bills of materials
  • Flexibility to work required hours to complete tasks and special projects

Salary:
$ $23.00 per hour

  • Controls the commercial impact of the complete range of activities from receiving, locating and dispatching, sourcing, purchasing and optimizing inventory levels
  • Administers an effective system that meets the organization's inventory control needs through efficient transportation of raw materials, component parts and/or finished goods Qualifications
