Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

Receiving and processing customer inquiries and orders
Independently creating quotes with thorough review of all content and conditions
Coordinating with dispatch regarding delivery dates and product availability
Obtaining freight quotes and coordinating small orders
Conducting statistical evaluations and creating/updating price lists
Preparing customer information letters and maintaining relationships with existing customers while acquiring new ones
Assisting with projects, participating in trade shows and customer events
Handling product, invoice, and customer complaints
Assisting with the creation of exportrelated documents
Covering for colleagues during vacation or illness in order processing and invoicing
