_ This position will be working in our Chicago hotels on site._

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Train Managers and Supervisors in Employee (TEAM) Relations and Leadership topics.
  • Manage the coordination of training sessions and activities, including program scheduling, training spaces, implementation, facilitation, programrelated materials (visuals, handouts, lesson plans, etc.), and evaluation.
  • Coordinate annual retraining of all managers and supervisors within the portfolio.
  • Directly facilitate open TEAM communications by visiting properties to discover and assist in the resolution of issues.
  • Ensures that the "Open Door Policy" is in place at all levels.

Position Requirements:

  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, ADP, and (HRIS) software a plus


  • Bilingual

  • Spanish is required
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely (written, oral and presentation skills)
  • Ability to proactively plan, schedule and execute multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Ability to present training materials in a professional manner.
  • Ability to make people connections at all levels, monitor the effectiveness of training, and employee relations
