- Entering student information into the school and district information systems, including but not limited to registrations, course enrollments, and transcripts;
- Maintain current knowledge of Federal and state enrollment, credit, and student privacy regulations;
- Generating reports as requested;
- Answering the phones;
- Follow up with local school district for transcript request and interpretation, and student records;
- Request and update college/dual enrollment transcripts;
- Manage the course validation process;
- Assist with a wide variety of daily responsibilities;
- State and district data reporting;
- Assisting with state testing preparations and reports; and
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and web-based applications is essential

Position Summary
