Job summary
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Tax Manager to lead our tax function. This role will oversee all aspects of partnership taxation, including Up-C structures and ASC 740 tax provisions.Responsibilities
- Working with our 3rd party partners, lead and strategically manage all aspects of Up-C partnership taxation and tax accounting.
- Direct the preparation and review of the income tax provision in accordance with ASC 740.
