Responsibilities
- Lead and strategically manage all aspects of Up-C partnership taxation and tax accounting in coordination with third-party advisors.
- Evaluate the ongoing use of external tax partners versus developing internal tax capabilities.
- DIRECT THE PREPARATION AND REVIEW OF THE INCOME TAX PROVISION UNDER ASC 740 INCLUDING RELATED DISCLOSURES FOR SEC FILINGS.
