CMI Group is looking to hire hand finishers at our SOUTH Phoenix location for
NIGHT SHIFT

  • Defense & Aerospace Machine Shop (40th St & Southern): 3617 E. La Salle St, Phoenix, AZ 85040_

_ Eligible for Quarterly Shop Bonus Plan_

Night Shift: Monday
  • Thursday 3:30pm 2am

Basic Qualifications:


  • DEBURR/HANDFINISH PARTS PER SKETCH/BLUE PRINT INSTRUCTIONS AND OR DEPARTMENT/LEAD/SUPERVISOR INSTRUCTIONS READ AND UNDERSTAND BASIC BLUE PRINT NOTES AND DEBURR SKETCHES
  • COMMUNICATE AND FOLLOW VERBAL INSTRUCTIONS

Other experience that includes:


  • PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE USING A MICRO BLASTER IS A PLUS
  • THE USE OF MICROSCOPES
  • HAND HELD AIR AND ELECTRIC DEBURRING TOOLS
  • KNOWLEDGE AND USE OF DEBURRING ABRASIVES,AND BURRS FOR SEPCIFIC MATERIALS

Preferred Skills:


  • MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE
  • CLEANING OF PARTS AS NECCESARY

Physical Requirements:


  • ABLE TO LIFT UP TO 20 LBS
  • ABILITY TO SIT AT WORK STATION FOR EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME
