    Description

    Preston Pointe Retirement Community is searching for a skilled and experienced maintenance technician This is a full-time position with great benefits We are in need of a dependable, dedicated individual who cares about the senior population and has excellent customer service skills.

    Our beautiful Senior Living Community is a haven of luxury for independent living retirees, and our desire is to provide a loving home and a friendly atmosphere for our residents, so they are able to truly live life to its fullest.

    We ensure personalized service for our residents, along with a variety of upscale amenities and exciting activities and events.

    Qualified candidates will be friendly, kind, and have experience in all aspects of general and preventative maintenance as well as excellent communication skills.

    This position will assist with room-turns, work orders, painting, etc. as needed.

    Job duties include but are not limited to:
    HVAC RepairPaintingElectricalDrywall Repair/Carpentry Tasks Occasionally Small Appliance RepairPlumbing Troubleshooting Assisting with Room-Turns for New Residents Requirements:
    2 (+) years' experience in general maintenanceHVAC Certification greatly preferred and needs HVAC troubleshooting experience.

    Must not be afraid of heights due to rooftop HVAC repair needed occasionallyMonday-Friday typical schedule with a maintenance on-call rotation for weekends and holidays Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordAcceptable background check needed Pre-employment physical and drug test are required Excellent customer service skills and a patient and kind demeanor toward our seniors and all staff We are a Drug Free Workplace.
