Qualified candidates will be friendly, kind, and have experience in all aspects of general and preventative maintenance as well as excellent communication skills.

This position will assist with room-turns, work orders, painting, etc. as needed.

Job duties include but are not limited to:
HVAC RepairPaintingElectricalDrywall Repair/Carpentry Tasks Occasionally Small Appliance RepairPlumbing Troubleshooting Assisting with Room-Turns for
New Residents Requirements:2 (+) years' experience in general maintenanceHVAC Certification greatly preferred and needs HVAC troubleshooting experienceMust not be afraid of heights due to rooftop HVAC repair needed occasionallyMonday

• Friday typical schedule with a maintenance on call rotation for weekends and holidays Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordAcceptable background check needed Pre employment physical and drug test are required Excellent customer service skills and a patient and kind demeanor toward our seniors and all staff We are a Drug Free Workplace.
